Once again Worsdell has presented an excellent science fiction novel in the mantel of H. G. Wells "War of the Worlds" classic. The evil race is also similar to The Borg from Star Trek The Next Generation in all they want to do to other races. "The Marilians is a fine sci-fi tale that races along with memorable characters that is a great middle story of the trilogy.
